Majority of our products are sent via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Those items will be delivered by courier and placed on front door or other areas used as entry points to the specified delivery address by customer. You have 48 hours to inspect the product and send in any damages via email to email@example.com. Please include your original order number, what items and number of items damaged, as well as pictures.
Any products shipped via Common Carrier / LTL (Pergolas, Columns, Balustrade Orders, etc) must be unloaded by customer at time of delivery. We will have carriers call ahead and schedule delivery time. Our deliveries are NOT curbside and customer is responsible for unloading ALL freight off truck. It is the customers responsibility to check ALL items prior to accepting them from carrier and noting ANY AND ALL damages on the BOL (Bill of Lading) and or POD (Proof of Delivery) prior to signing the BOL. If the damage is not noted at time of delivery, customer assumes all liability and will have to file claim directly with carrier. If the above is followed HDPMoldings.com will file the claim and ship replacement products out at our expense.
